hmm masalah terbaru gw adalah DIET

kenapa? ah basi lo jelas aja karena gue gendut

with my 155 cms height and 55 kgs weight, it's real not match, right? huh-uh

so so I decided to do a diet with this rule :

1. NO EATING AFTER 6 PM

hmm ini termasuk susah karena secara gua ILP tuh baru brake jam 6.15 PM, jadi gimana makannya? laper berat meeen

2. JUST DRINK WATER

hmm yang ini apalagi soalnya gua kan suka me-explore makanan dan minuman jadi yaa hmm demi badan ideal (iyeah) ayolah terserah

3. NO SNACKS

noooooooooooooo!!!!!!! this is the worst but very worth-it. jadi inget kemaren jam 8 malem gua ngemil kue gitu sekaligus melanggar aturan ke1 dan ke2

4. MPRE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

nah ini yang gua suka sayang gak terlalu worth it -______-

yak kira kira segitu saja maaf kalo saya tiba-tiba membuka aib yang tidak jelas huh -____-

dan perlu diingat, diet is very hard but very worth-it, jadi seimbang yekan? inget cill, badan tuh yang sehat, oke? k
