here are my ways to do a simple diet but still, healthy.
1. Be patient
You can't just simply lose your weight in a month or two, to do a diet, it almost takes years. But believe, it was worth the pain :) Maybe you know some short-term diet, but I bet they didn't last long as the healthy one.
2. Eat more groceries
Vegetables and fruits are NECESSARY. Believe me, you'll need them
3. Drink more water
Put sodas away, drink more water.
4. Less snacks
I know that this is the hardest one. Me, myself also takes some when I feel really really hungry. But, if you feel hungry, but you think it's not the time for you to eat, drink water. It'll be better
5. Do some exercise
Diet without doing sports is like vegetables without salt. No taste. Exercise will make your diet going better. Just start with jogging, aerobic, biking, running, etc.
6. Make some targets.
Make your target. Example, in maximum 2 months you lose a kg, or something else. That will make you feel competed
